I found a woolworths diet club site that had a Low GI meal plan on it. I am not going to follow the diet as such but I am going to get meal ideas from it, and snack ideas.
Baby making it easy as everything makes me feel sick so anything I eat is not going to make a lot of difference.
The low GI thing is going to work I think as it makes good sense, If I eat food that makes my tummy work longer and makes me less hungry I dont eat as much (ie reducing possible excess weight gain) and when I am not hungry I dont feel AS sick as when i accidently let myself get hungry!
