Sara- im not sure what abdominal muscle separation is or what it feels like??

my uterus is a little above my belly button but like i mentioned im not very sure why its happening but its very sore i cant hardly move without it hurting im quite worried

my next appointment isnt until 23rd september but am seeing my Dr next monday, i guess i could just ask him especially if it continues

is it a localised pain or general?
My bellybutton area was very sore at times around the 20-23 week mark.

hunni its probably just growing/stretching pains. my uterus is past my belly button now and I get those kinds of pains every now and then. or it could be braxton hicks I have had a few of those lately too
