my folks are off to the GP on Thursday to get their jabs - i sent mum the link about the little four week old that had died and they made the decision themselves to get it done. my mum's sister spends a lot of time around older, immunocompromised people, so once we know the cost etc here in vic, we're going to talk to her about getting it done as well. i would like to talk to my bro and sil about it (she has a large extended family and i'm not sure that they're the kind to stay away from her when they're sick) but both are needle phobic so i'm not sure about it. i think i'll mention it and if they say no, we'll continue what we do now which is simply that they give me a call when any of them (adults or kids) are under the weather and we stear clear of each other....
