I have two births, no tears too

In VIC the intact peri rate is around 42% from memory (stats posted in labour forum I think). It's a much higher rate for intact peri's in public hospitals compared to private and very high rate of intact peri's for homebirth. Says something about the care and birth philosophy I think...
