I must say that the perinal masage is great! I have had 2 vag births with not even a graze & my boys heads are big! I even had comments from the midwofe about how well i did not to tear.
With my first I was rather strict about doing the massage each night while in the shower. With my 2nd I was a little slack but I still managed to push out a 37cm head with no probs.
