i had a c section 3 years ago. i had epidural and found that because i had my DH with me it wasnt as overwhelming as i thought. quite exciting actually! you feel yourself being pulled around a bit , but no uncomfortable smells or sounds and my gorgeous boy arrived so quickly. Good Luck!
