I had a heavy, achy (right) arm for about 10 hours the night before last. I was using my iPad, but turned it off straight away, then changed positions several times. DH gave it a good rub too, but nothing helped. I ended up lying awake half the night...finally went away about 4:30 am. Felt a bit better if I bent my elbow...I'm 21 and a bit weeks along.
