i had an enema but i asked for one and i still pooed during the pushing stage. but to be honest i didnt even realise until it was all over and my partner told me about it. plus he said it was pretty smelly down that end of me (labour juices and poo etc) and i didnt smell a thing. i was oblivious.

plus the midwife said to me before i started pushing that you push as if you are doing a poo and if poo comes out they take it as a good sign because it means you are pushing correctly.

still pretty gross! :-)
