i was told to sit down and totally concentrate on movemtns for ten minutes writting down the movments u felt, then go away and do something for a while and come back and do ti again for another 10 mins for about an hour or so, maybe thats the kick chart thing?

chloe wasnt kicking the otherday but now shes back to normal, are u feeling well?
