Birthing with SPD

I had SPD with DD2 and gave birth to her at 38+1 after a 5.5hr drug free labour

I had SPD with my last 2. I still have bad days & DD3 turned 3 today!

But both births were NVD at 40 & 40+5 weeks. Both drug free & DD was posterior I had no issues through the actual birth, I just had to look after myself & be careful of how I moved before & after. I get pain now after big days at work, or having 2 kids in my bed & not being able to move enough. Only every few months really. But I can take voltaren as I need it now that I'm not breastfeeding, so its not such an issue.
