You will see on the spinning babies website that they talk about inversions (which is what Megsy talks about in the above post)....I wouldn't recommend doing them for longer than 30 seconds though...the idea is it streches the uterus and makes it alittle uncomfortable for bubs so it is encouraged to move IYGWIM.
The most useful I found was to go to the pool and do handstands and swim around on your tummy. Felt great and worked for me. I was carrying transverse, then posterior. Now Im good- hopefully it stays that way.
Also...everyone will tell you, most babies spin the right way eventually, and your more likely to be carrying breech up until labor just cause you have carried full term before.
