I'm in the same boat! Several times a day.

Can anyone clarify what it actually feels like? I really don't notice them unless I place my hand on my tummy.

I feel mine heaps easy, i dont need to pop my hand on my tummy. it feels like a pulsating jerk that comes and goes in intervals of about 3-5 seconds. Usually a session lasts about 5 minutes or so, but mine vary.

And its usually down lower, just below my belly button. I think its cause bub is head down, so its chest is probably sitting just behind my belly button

Is it okay for them...health wise...to have them this often?

My bub had hiccups all the time!

No reflux, colic or silent reflux here...

Still occasionally gets them now when she laughs too hard haha it is cute!
