I understand your concern - I had a pretty small baby bump the whole of my pregnancy - I still can't believe I had an 8 pounder hiding in there! I am curvier though, so I know that masked it more, but the MW just kept telling me it was just the way my body carried and that lots of ladies do, not always a big bump out in front. To be honest, I wanted the big huge bump, because people always thought I was far less pregnant than I was, but all in all I was just happy bub was okay. And I had far less trouble doing things than alot of my big bump pregnant friends so that was a bonus!

When is your next visit with your Doc/MW? Let them know of your worries and I'm sure they'll double check for you and hopefully ease them for you, but I'm sure they'd let you know if they had any concerns themselves. You might have a nice compact little package like my DD was right until the end! Maybe your bub has moved to another position also, which can affect the size and shape, and just when you get used to it they'll move again
