Yes, normal - baby can be moving a leg and an arm, or wriggling its whole body so you might feel movements all over.

Your bub is probably still turning somersaults every day - and going from head up to head down fairly regularly. Or it may be quite happy feet down for now. Mine was vertex (head down) at 28, then breech (feet down) at 32, then vertex (head down) at 34 - so positions can change regularly up til about 36 when they start to run out of room. Even so, bub can still turn at the last minute from vertex to breech or breech to vertex - right before its born.
