I am not sure if its normal or not but if you are experiencing period like cramping AND nausia I would get in contact with your Ob or hospital JIC. Especially if it has been going on for a few days.

I don't want you to panic by my saying this but I was experiencing the same type of things for a few days before I was admitted for preterm labour, but the pain was increasing.

Hoping its nothing and just the normal pregnancy woes

    Hi Hon

Get checked out just to be sure but I've been having period type pains since about the same time as you. My OB said it's all just prelabour and it's not uncommon to start around the thirty week mark or so.

Hopefully it's just your body preparing for the job ahead. Good luck!

i second all the ladies above. let your dr know and get it checked out. cramping can be a sign of preterm labour. are you having contracs too? any regularity? better to be safe. good luck and let us know how you go!

I'm 32 and a half weeks. Felt like I've had period pain all day today. It doesn't really come and go like contractions tho, it's just there. I can feel it in both back and front. And I too feel the hiccups down low too now. It's the achey, uncomfortable part of pregnancy that I've done so well to avoid til now!

In my opinion it's all normal but if you're worried def see your OB / GP / midwife.
