from what i understand...
Baby's head can engage and dis-engage right up until the very last minute, so yes its possible, her baby could 'pop' out again too

Yep, Cass is right they can engage and then move again.
Regards,
Dianne
Cass is right Baby’s can engage at anytime during pregnancy. The Fundal height measurement is a very inaccurate way to judge gestation. It can change by many things including, position of baby, amount of fluid, position of mum when being measured, accuracy of the person doing the measuring.
Thanks for your help peoplesJust gave sister the news - she especially liked the part where bubs can pop out and reengage....poor thing!
My DS engaged at about 28 weeks, and didn't un-engage. (shocking 11 weeks till he was born at 39, LOL)..
So def can engage that early, hope for her that bub moves to give her a bit more comfort.
yup, DD1 engaged at 30 weeks and stayed put until she popped out at 40+4.
uncomfortable to say the least!
Yep my baby engaged at 29 weeks and still is but ob said baby can lift out and float
I was 3/5 engaged from 28 weeeks and didn't had DD until 40+2, some babies just like to be down ready to go earlier than others, but doesn't predict when bub will arrive![]()
Yep this bub has been engaged from early on too. And here I am at almost 40 weeks and he's still nice and comfortable in there![]()
My bub was at least partially engaged from about 20 weeks...at least, that's what the midwives figured.
My bub has been engaged (and not moved only to put downward pressure on mummy) from 28 weeks and I have had some BAD pubic bone pain
My bub was 2/5 engaged from 24 weeks until 41+5! Fun.......
