I took RLT tablets from 34 weeks and I went 2 weeks over and achieved my VBAC. Im not sure if it helped or if it didnt but I didnt see the harm in trying it. My Ob told me to give it a go and didnt mention anything about it hindering.

Didnt try the EPO - Maybe I should have as I did have a 3rd degree tear.
