Slouching on the couch today was not comfortable at all, and unfortunately it has been my favourite position this pregnancy. But I have been sitting on the edge of the couch all morning but my knees are "slightly" higher than my hips so will push my feet forward.

My planned c-section is for a number of reasons
1st Pregnancy - Failure to progress with induction, large baby and wrong shaped birth canal (they didn't mix) he never went below station -2, ended in distressed baby, raised temp so off for an emergency c-section

2nd Pregnancy - Planned c-section due to birth canal, another large baby... waters broke so had emergency c-section, then got Necrotizing Faciitis (Flesh Eating Bacteria) in my c-section wound resulting in ALOT of scar tissue, a few more operations and 2+ months for the wound to close.

3rd Pregnancy - Planned c-section due to the issues in last c-section, the unknown of the scar tissue and how it would react to labour. Started thinking of a VBAC about three weeks ago but since have had alot of pain in scar and due to the increased risk in infection (low immune system since infection) I'm following hospital advice (both hospital I had DS2 in & this pregnancy)

So once / if I get into established labour at all I will head in and they will do c-section, only issue being that having back contractions on my shaped body (obese) doesn't seem to show on CTG very well... haven't last last two labours anyway
