Im exhausted by lunch time, im not working full time as such but i do have a 4yr old. lol
As for the leg cramps, check with your doc but i suffered the same thing and doc told me to get 'Blackmores Bio Magnesium' i havent had a cramp since, i still get the sensation but then i just flex my foot backwards and it goes away, whatever you do dont point your toes it only makes it worse.
