Update - after a horrible night and struggling to get out of bed, I dragged my bum into work and told both my bosses I would be leaving this Friday as planned and I would not be doing full time hours to ensure other staff are trained up. I've written a 50+ page manual on how to do my job, and am updating it. I'm trying to fix outstanding issues but I won't be stressing about it.

My boss said good, she is glad I'm not staying on - not because she wants to see me go but she now hopes people will pull their fingers out and step up! I've done 12 months of hard slog and proven my worth so it's time to think of me
