Head lice treatment

my DD came home from Daycare with headlice not long ago and I managed to get them too. Cause I am in my third tri I wasn't able to use the solution. But I was told like everyone else has said to use the conditioner and then the comb. I was also told once you have rinsed your hair to finish off with white vinegar and then dry as normal. This worked wonders. I did it for a week.

i keep a leave in conditioner in my daughters hair and it does a really good job of keeping the nits away
