Could it be eye strain? An optometrist friend told me that your eyes can change shape during pregnancy, so perhaps your vision has changed? I know if I read without my glasses I get a headache - maybe a simple eye check could find the cause of the problem? (PS, it goes back to normal after the birth!)

I found all my weird sleeping positions caused headaches for me, but that tended to be referred pain from a kinked neck or back. Warm wheat packs generally sorted that out.
