PZ - i had this and had a blood test that showed I was Vitamin D deficient, so have to take tablets, I couldnt believe that would cause heart palpultations but it does and shortness of breath. Have you had it checked? its very important not to be Vitamin D deficient for the baby and for yourself.

Otherwise it could just be anxiousness or panic attack...
