Ok so i really have no idea on what position baby is in at the moment and my OB really gave no indication either!
Most of the kicks and movements i feel are really low still and i get the odd hard lump under my breast, (feels a bit like a head i think)
So i want to know if there is anything i can do to help get the baby in a head down position and hope that he stays that way. lol
Ive not been working this whole pg so spend lots of time lying on the couch ect, maybe walking more would help? Ive also heard about getting on all fours (for labour?, but could this help turn?)
I have been doing inversions like on the spinning babies web site and in a book I have here (can't remember the name of it and I am too lazy to go and look). Also make sure your posture is good and try not to recline in chairs (our couch is so deep it's hard not to). Gym or birth balls can help also.
There are lots of other things you could try if bub is breech closer to birth, but try those first and you never know bub maybe head down already
Oh and I am pretty sure my bub is still breech even after thinking otherwise last week.
Yeah hun, the couch isn't the best LOL. Try sitting on a dining chair backwards, if that makes sense. So you're resting your chin (if you want) on the top of the back of the chair. Do you have a fit ball? That's another good place to sit.
Hopefully Tanya will be able to get that link up for you Spinning babies has good info.
