Yeah hun, the couch isn't the best LOL. Try sitting on a dining chair backwards, if that makes sense. So you're resting your chin (if you want) on the top of the back of the chair. Do you have a fit ball? That's another good place to sit.

Hopefully Tanya will be able to get that link up for you Spinning babies has good info.

Tanya, I'd love that page if you have it to hand. I too checked out Spinning babies but can't work it all out just yet!

Also my yoga teacher said the design of car bucket seats are bad and to use a cushion as lumbar support to tilt your pelvis forward as much as you can.

Its such a pain in later pg to not lie on the couch when that is all you feel like doing .

To get Eden to turn, I did a lot of crawling around on the floor after the kids (not easy with SPD!) and also did half handstands in the shower of a night time (still with my feet on the ground obviously) and then I did some squats to open up my pelvis after doing the half handstand, just in case she had turned, my pelvis was open as much as possible for her to get into a good position.

She turned eventually just after my 36 week appointment

Here's one, this is under the 'baby positions' secion...
Flip a Breech notice in the menu on the left hast a list of other breech resouces...

This one is under the techniques section
    Techniques
    Inversion

Is that enough for now? The breech tilt is quite relaxing, too

Acupuncture and moxibustion too!!!! (I won't tell you about my handstands in the pool experience just yet ) Spinning babies was great - just try not to do it on your own in case you get stuck
