for all 3 of my babies I took 2 packets of maternity pads (kotex) and then I got dh to buy some smaller ones for when I came home..

My bleeding was minimal with all 3. Some people bleed alot on the first day or so. I suppose I did with my first son (natural delivery) with my other 2 they were c/s and I felt I didn't bleed as much..

but always take more then you need.
