when i had jelly i took about twenty pairs of knickers (but only because i hadn't yet packed my hospital bag and DH just grabbed all of them from my undie draw for me). anyway because i ended up in hospital for five day i did end up using most of the kcickers anyway. i also took two packs of maternity pads and ended up having to send dh to the shop to buy me more, on the day before i left hospital. work on the theory more is better.
