    I'm in Pain!

    Hi All,

I'm 32 Weeks and in a heap of pain at the moment.
I'm about to leave work to see an Osteo so hopefully that will work.
The pain is in my left hip and buttock and leg. Almost feels like a stich but its sooooo painful.
Just to walk, get up and sit OUCH!

Anyone with these symptoms or any ideas what it could be?
Will let you know how I go at the Osteo!

Could be your sciatic nerve. I know when pregnant with Dd I had a lot of pain like this, didnt go away till I had her though.

    Osteo was a God-send!!
Apart from a little niggle I feel fine.
The pain has pretty much gone and I can walk properly

I don't know exactly what she did, but there was a lot of manipulation of my lower back, hip and bum.
She basically said that it was my lower back over compensating for the weight in the front. Doesnt help that my feet swell either...
So a few more sessions with her and I think I will be fine!

I recomend an Osteo and if your in South East Melbourne i can send you the details if needed.

    nuallysc officers

No, she didn't give me any exercises, just said to use a heat pack on it, lots of fluid and to rest.
I'm due 28/04 and was finishing work on 05/04/2012 but have now brought it forward to the week before.

I have been told that a couple of sessions usually does the trick. So will keep you posted!

There's nothing that can help you feel better when you're sore and hurting than a good osteo treatment, god i could do with one now! One of my best friends is an osteo but she moved to Hong Kong to practise... sigh i miss having her around. I hear osteos can also do a lot for babies after their born, anyone ever had their babies treated?
