What she said! I have pillows everywhere, little one for under my neck, bellybean for under belly, extra pillow behind me to stop me rolling on my back (that wakes me up) and a pillow between my knees and one between my ankles. I wake up with them everywhere, but the support does help. My pelvic bones/area hurts alot also, and DP has to roll me over in the middle of the night.
Sammiejane's advice about switching off was also really good!
Thank you so much for the helpful tips - I really appreciate it!![]()
Especially the switching off because that's my biggest problem.
I'm going to give them a try tonight and hopefully with some luck I can catch up on some zzzz! I've started a to do list today and I'm going to have a look at some relaxation apps for my iPhone so hopefully it goes better tonight and I'm not still awake in the morning when DH's alarm goes off.![]()
