I had the same thing throughout pregnancy
I downloaded an app for my phone that was guided relaxation and that usually helped me switch off so I could sleep - if you don't have a phone or iPod you can use a cd instead...
I also tried to have a snack, often I was hungry but didn't know it, so if I had been awake for a while I would try having a glass of milk and some toast.
Can you have a bath before bed? Very relaxing and also helps with pain too.
What are you thinking about? Stuff to do? Could you keep a to do list by your bed and write it down, that way you have acknowledged it and can address it in the morning, if that. makes sense
Last thing, try not to focus on the fact you are not sleeping, my day always started at 7 if I wasn't working cos of DD and there was little chance to nap in the day, so when I couldn't sleep I would worry about functioning the next day, that made it worse.
I hope some of these can helpI do understand how frustrating it is.
Sending you sleepy vibes
