Doobie doobie doo...I'm awake. Again. Apparently being lazy and having pizza for dinner is a surefire way to give myself killer reflux/heartburn.

Hope it got better for you, I only have to drink too much milk for that LOL I was bad and had pizza the other night.. but it was hubby that got sick not me poor dear.

Oh yeah, no being lazy for me, if I don't want heartburn I have to go for a walk everyday to get all my insides to shift around to better positions LOL least thats what I think. I'm going to do a few hour walk to and from the post office today as I'm off work now.. yay! and have the time to potter about.

I'm going to be so knackered!

    Mylanta is my friend.

Whether I walk a lot or not doesn't seem to have much influence on whether I get the heartburn or not, it's more what I eat. Or if I eat too close to bed time, that kind of thing.

At least by having my back done yesterday, I wasn't quite as sore and sleep was do-able.

I find those quick eze tablets are good too, taste alot better than Mylanta. They are like a chewy mint lolly.

My walk took longer than I thought, first time walking there so had a few detours LOL but all in all I found my way there and back so hopefully it will help me sleep tonight.

SO glad to be off work now. Was just getting too much with the random not sleeping and then trying to function at work. Most of the women I work with are younger than me with no kids, so they think your just overreacting...

My hips have started aching now too, I think bubs has shifted down a bit becuase I can breathe better, but if I stand or walk for too long that whole area is sore.
