Lately everyday about this time (early evening) I start getting an aching back.
It doesn't matter if I have been sitting on my bum all day or have been really active - I still get it.
I'm sure this is a common problem so what does everyone else do to relieve it?
I know the feeling! I generally try to stay in comfy positions - sitting at the kitchen table helps... or standing and leaning on the back of the couch or chair. If it gets really bad I have a lovely warm bath. That always helps and makes me feel better. If I am totally dying, then I take a couple of panadol too.

Dust I have definitely been spending waaay too long in the shower lately!! Does really help all the aches & pains though - bugger water restrictions
