miati. there is such a thing as antenatal depression - there's some good info on the PANDA website. it could be worth talking to someone before the baby arrives to let them know how you feel (although i know it's very close now!!) and see if talking it through with someone helps
i believe that talking it through/seeking help before the baby arrives can help lessen the chance of PND.
fwiw, you definitely don't have to be happy all the time! PG is a time full of crazy hormones & added stress to your body. but at the same time, you don't want to be sad all the time![]()
