    miati. there is such a thing as antenatal depression - there's some good info on the PANDA website. it could be worth talking to someone before the baby arrives to let them know how you feel (although i know it's very close now!!) and see if talking it through with someone helps i believe that talking it through/seeking help before the baby arrives can help lessen the chance of PND.

    fwiw, you definitely don't have to be happy all the time! PG is a time full of crazy hormones & added stress to your body. but at the same time, you don't want to be sad all the time

    I feel exactly the same. A few weeks ago I had a blood test which came back my iron levels were really low (should be around 20 apparently I mine came back at 4). Doc said for me to get some iron tablets & B12 tablets which I took until he said too. I felt better but now I am not taking them (as he said to stop at 36wks) I am back to being very lethargic & tired again. I hate feeling like this! Makes me worry how I will cope with my 20mth old and a newborn when bub arrives.
