Hi Mysti,

I had very very sudden shortness of breath at 25 weeks- as in, I'd carry a cup of milo from the tea room at work to my desk and be panting as though I'd run a marathon. I told my OB, as I was rather worried, and the next thing I was hospitalised for a suspected blood clot in my lungs. Seven doctors, four nights, untold numbers of midwives, zillions of blood tests and dozens of scans later, it was concluded that I didn't have a clot- I had severe asthma, which I have never ever had in my life. But the steroids and Ventolin helped enormously.

I'd definitely ask your care provider about it- at this stage, it's most likely just the baby taking up every square inch, but better safe than sorry.

I bought my breast pads from the ABA- they're cotton and washable. No idea how comfy they are yet.
