Hey sass- Not much you can do to make bubs engage but have heard that walking is a great way to help bubs to move downwards, also sqats, being on all 4's for 15 mins a day can help bubs get into the right position.

I have been doing the EPO caps to help soften the cervix to hopefully make bubs want to come down but was just told bubs has disengaged...

Try not to lay back in the lounge, keep moving round if you can.

I know how you feel hun, i'm wanting the same thing...

i know its hard sass- everytime im on the puter or lounge i'm like ***** shouldnt sit like this or think i should be doing something like walking or scrubbing the floors on my hands and knees to encourage her...

I guess our girls will come when their ready... Its so annoying waiting on them but obviously there not done cooking...

Oh I so want to know this as well! I am 35.5 weeks and waiting for bubs to come down. I know you can go into labour without them being engaged, but it feels like I am getting ready for the end of pg, but little bean isn't....he's just happily hanging out up high.

And it would be nice to be able to breathe!!

But at least this thread got me from sitting back (nice and comfy) on the couch to sitting up vaguely straight.... We'll see how long that lasts.
