    I don't think you can stop them! My bubs almost always got the hiccups after I'd just eaten

    LOL, I used to love it. Made it feel like there's really a baby in there, KWIM? Natty used to get them 2-3 times a day. Then after she was born she'd have them after almost every feed too. She was a hiccuppy baby.
    It's a precious pregnancy feeling - it might annoy you, but you'll miss it once bubs is born

    My first 2 used to have hiccups all the time and this one I haven't noticed it but have had a pulsing like what you're describing. I was trying to figure out if it was hiccups but seems a bit different from what I remember. I came to the personal conclusion it's just a muscle spasm and nothing to worry about. If yours is regular and happens after certain activities, mention it to your midwife. It won't do any harm
