I just thought I would update this post and let everyone know what happened with my PUPPPS. I did end up using the Diprosone OV cream and after 2-3 days, the redness and itching on my belly completely improved and was gone within the week. I had mild breakouts across my body including my arms and thighs, but the cream also did it's thing. I would say I used it quite sparingly, and was ecstatic with it's results. I was also using Pinetarsol in the shower and bath for a couple of weeks, and felt that it relieved the need to scratch. The PUPPPS symptoms have completely gone now, and bubs appears to be doing fine and growing well.
