Have you tried pinetarsil baths?? I used to have a bath in it or sometimes hop in the shower and get wet, then I would turn the shower off and cover myself in the pinetarsel and just stand there for a while. Also can you ask your Ob for a different cream. The first cream I was given didn't do much so I told my Ob this and she gave me a slightly stronger cream. I have just searched for it to get the name but can't find it sorry If I find it later I will let you know what it was called.
