Last pg I took raspberry leaf tablets from 36weeks. I remember reading somewhere on here that you shouldn't take rlt until then at the earliest.

My midwife and obs both told me to start taking them around 32 weeks. I bought the tablets and I think it says on the box not to take them before 32 weeks anyway because of contra-indications. I think they are fine to start taking them now My midwife said it can take up to a month for them to start having an effect on the body anyway.

Cool thanks everyone. I don't see my ob until 36 weeks. I might call and just ask

    I started both tea & tablets at around 33 - 34 weeks.

Keep in mind that they won't induce labour, they are to tone the uterus. If you were for any reason at risk of pre-term labour I would tread carfeully; otherwise you should be fine to start now.

No risk of early labour mentioned so far. Had an ultrasound last week to check babys position.

I have to wait until Tuesday to call my ob anyway so I will ask before I start taking it.
