I had a sleep and it seems to have gone for now...its just weird because it woke me up when I was sleeping earlier.

I don't think its sciatica because I've suffered from that chronically for the last 10 years or so and it was a very different pain to the usual. Its been bad during my pregnancy but not like this. My sciatica doesn't effect my joints like this did and it doesn't normally effect much past my thigh, its more in the buttocks and hip, but gets triggered when I move other parts all the way to my toes, but those parts themselves don't hurt if that makes sense?

I think it might have been a baby pressing down on a different nerve, but if it comes back I'll call the hospital to see what they think.
