Hi Leasha

I'd suggest you go and see a physio. I had this from Week 28 and everyone reassured me that it would go away once I gave birth or worse case scenario a few weeks after birth.

I still freekin have it NINE MONTHS later. I can't roll in bed, bending down is still difficult especially to lift DD and it is a major downer in my life because I don't have much time if I"m going to have another child but I don't know how I would cope looking after two while in so much pain.

Go see a physio. They will probably give you exercises you can do and/or a belt and tell you to put ice packs on. They may even suggest pilates. Mine improved out-of-sight after the pilates so that's definitely worth doing.

In the meantime, keep your knees together at all times especially when getting out of bed. When you sit, try to have your hips higher than your knees too. Basically you want to keep your hips in alignment at all times so things like moving stuff on the floor with your feet is a definite no-no.

Get thee to a physio. It WILL probably go away with the birth but the earlier you treat it the better the chances of that happening.
