Ive upped my water intake & having a powerade when I start feeling really thirsty to make sure Im not dehydrated. Also started wearing bedsocks with the cooler weather & it seems to be helping the cramps.

I took magphos tissue salts for this. It's important to make sure you get on top of them and have enough nutrients in your system before labour. Otherwise your uterus will be cramping more and labour will be more painful than it needs to be.

I haven't wanted to over do it with the magnesium so I have upped my calcuim to 2x600mg tablets daily (I'm not a big milk drinker). For the past 2+ months no more night cramps, which my DH is happy about since he no longer wakes up to me screaming :-)

I had one this morning! DH had to massage it for me, it was all up my inner thigh so I had to sloooooowly move my leg.

My legs were aching and I think I had restless leg syndrome because if i was up walking my legs were fine, once i stopped they hurt. I sat in the foot spa for a few hours which seemed to help Fingers crossed I dont start suffering this while im at work!

I'll be starting the milk drinking tonight too - just to see if it helps! Cos they are a freaking KILLER!
