Hi there im new to this whole post thing but really need some advice.

for the past week or 2 i have been feeling soooo sick im only 30 weeks pregnant and it feels like my tummy just cant settle at all and sometimes it feels like im going to chuck but dont.?????? im sooo confused? ive been to the doc and she says everything is fine but i just feel funny?
