It's tough isn't it. Getting up and going for a walk sometimes helps. Pinching yourself. Going to your car for a 20 min powernap. A friend of mine used to crawl under her desk and nap. Keep eating small amounts of protein regularly throughout the day - nuts help. Protein is good for bubs anyway. Keep hydrated. It's good for you and it means you need to pee more, so going to the bathroom wakes you up.
Otherwise, see if you can reduce your hours. Could you start earlier? Or finish at 3?
I planned on finishing about 36 weeks and ended up finishing at 31/32 weeks as it just got too much.
