thread: Starting RLT and EPO earlier than reccomended?

    Start taking RLT MM, it's fine. It says on the actual box of tea bags I have to take it from the start of the 3rd tri. I started at 30 weeks. I think I started EPO at 36 weeks.

    Thanks heaven Ive decided 32 weeks is abit early for the EPO.. so Im going to start them @ 34 weeks
