Yolly, it may be true that stress can effect the baby, but by worrying about your stress i am sure it only makes it worse. Easier to say than do i know, but try not to think about it effecting the bub, at least you will be removing one stress from your life. Sounds like you are doing as much as you can by listening to music and walking. How about a warm bath and a good book to take your mind away?
I think pregnancy itself can be pretty stressful, and most people feel some kind of stress throughout their pregnancy, so although the baby may be effected by your emotions i don't think it will do any serious damage.
Unfortunately there are many things in our lives out of our control, thus causing us stress. I try my best not to stress about things i can't change.

I have a bit of stress going on too. DH and i are in the middle of negotiating to lease a buisness in another state. At the moment we don't have anywhere to live, so living with my folks and house sitting for friends. We havn't bought a thing for a nursery because we dont know where we'll be living. At this stage is seems like we'll be living with the folks when we have bub, then moving interstate the week after bub arrives. We will move house, have bub, and take over the buisness all at once! On top of that we have to sell 2 cars and buy a new one that will fit bub in! All less than ideal, but there isn't alot i can do to change it, so i am just trying not to get stressed about it.
I hope you get on top of it soon. One last tip, sometimes talking to someone about it can help.
