I've read just as many references that indicate stress affects the baby as those that say it doesn't. Best thing is not to worry about that, and just concentrate on nurturing yourself and trying to enjoy the pregnancy best you can by looking after yourself!

Some oldies but goodies are things like having a nice long soak in the bath, footrubs with nice smellies, getting out in the fresh air and sunshine, writing down your thoughts in a journal, treating yourself by getting together with some friends for some nice girly time! Don't forget to have some fun!!

Remember stress is just as much a fact of life as having babies is! Your little one will be fine
