I know think I would get an appointment to see your GP - have a swab - H1N1 is about and spreading. It is actually important to know if you have this - especially if you are pregnant. It's only a swab - not a biggy and you will be bulk billed...

I had influenza A when I was pregnant with Immy - I still tested positive when she was born. So, it's an important thing to know for someone nearing term.

Get some olive leaf extract, vitamin c and I swear by homeopathics. It will and does help... Just my opinion though and you may not be open to that - so disregard if that's the case...
