Help! Have my waters broken??

Hi everyone,just a little concerned...

About 1pm this arvo,a few minutes after I'd just gone to the toilet,a felt a little wet (sorry if tmi) on my pants. It was only a tiny bit and there didnt seem to be anymore? I had a shower and since then have had a panty liner on but no more signs of any leakage. So its been 5 hours now and nothing much else to report,I had a little bit of tension in my abdomen and abit of pain near my bellybutton (only when I apply pressure).

So I guess what I want to know is if there is a chance that my waters have broken would there been a constant trickle or one big gush or only a little trickle? As you can tell I'm abit confused and dont wanna jump the gun and go to the hospital if it turns out it was just a moment of a weak bladder but then again I'm concerend baby is a risk of infection

I would ring your midwife or whoevery you are under just for peace of mind, and because you are only 34 weeks, wow so exciting . All the best.

I would say if you havent had anymore then all will be fine but ring if it gives you some peace of mind there was a thread about this happening to another girl on here only a few days ago form Ashnant I think anyway you could aways look it up and have a read through if you dont get meny responces tonight due to it been christmas rapping night for most mums LOL

Thanks guys,my cousin just had her first baby 6wks early (due to pre eclampsia) last week so I'm kinda on edge about having bubs early! I will keep an eye on it and might ring the hospital if anything happens,would like to keep bubs in at least to boxing day haha!

i would give them a ring because the can give you something to make babys lugs develop before they are born.

I dont think its your waters. It sounds lie an increase in your CM discharge which is quite common in late pregnancy. If it was your waters, and there is no more leaking then there is nothing to worry about. A small leak will usually seal itself. But as I said, I dont think it is your waters.

I don't know if this is what it is but for me accasionally when I pee because of the preasure of babies head it can stop the flow of pee untill I change positions, and sometimes when I stand up I get a slight trickle of extra pee. It hapens mostly when my bladder is really full. It just feel's like a tiney bit of wetness in the undies.

Yeah,the more I think about it the more I think it was just either CM or wee (I have had that before also Tiff so I know what you mean) as it was only a tiny bit and there has been no sign of anymore 'leaking' as such.Bubs is moving pretty well too and still got the hiccups last night so I figure there must still be fluid in there for he/she to be swallowing
