Sorry, maybe a silly questions, by why do you take both of them? I think RLT is to bring on labour???

    thanks

No Stillhoping, RLT is used to tone the uterus and make the contractions more effective. It does not stimulate labour but apparently focuses the contraction.

Thanks Catherine - I went to that tea shop today and they only had a 'preggers' mix which had peppermint and other stuff in it but they wanted $10.50 for 50gm!!

I think I'll try the health food shops on the weekend.

    *bump*

Finally got around to getting some EPO (I know I've left it a bit late) and just wanted to ask how many you take orally per day? The directions say to take 1-3 capsules, once a day.

Because I've started a few weeks later, I was thinking of taking 3 orally and inserting 3 at night (starting from next week probably)??

Willow, I've been taking 2-3 1000mg EPO tabs orally per day since about 36w and using 2-3 as a pessary since about 37w. Make sure you wear a pad to bed because it gets quite messy! LOL

    HTH!
